Music Production
and Engineering Programs
The
music production and engineering
programs of today are getting better
than what they were in the past. With the amount of music
technology it is a great move to learn in college what others
in the industry pay huge bucks for.
Pro Tools dominates the recording
studio in the big leagues by far.
That does not mean Steinberg's Nuendo or Adobe Audition or
Logic is not relevant.
They surely are. It's just that DigiDesign is the number one
choice.
Getting any type of engineering education through a
certified course for music will pay you a lot of money.
Not only that it will get you some surefire job
security.

Music is not going anywhere anytime soon. Sound engineers
will be needed forever. It doesn't matter if you are hired to
EQ drums or to record vocals for a multi-platinum artist it's
all the same.
Audio schools exist in every state so there will be a little
reading and searching on your part to find out which is
best.
I'm not sure what the tuition will be but whatever it is
it's worth it if you are serious about being in the music
industry without learning how to produce music like myself.
